the social and economic progress and the RF sustainable development
as well as coordination of activities of other Federal executive

The RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Non-governmental non-commercial organization based on membership
and founded on the initiative of the regional chambers of industry
and commerce, Russian commercial and non-commercial organizations
and individual entrepreneurs that incorporate the members for implementing
the goals and objectives set bye the RF Law on the Chambers of Commerce
and Industry in the Russian Federation and the RF CCI Charter. |

The Federal for Small Business Support
The Fund was established under the RF Government Decree # 1184 dated
December 4, 1995 in accordance with the RF Law on State Small Entrepreneurship
Support in the Russian Federation. The Fund was based on the Foundation
for Entrepreneurship Support and Competition Development attached
to the RF State Committee for Antimonopoly Policy and New Economic
Structure Support. Secundum to the Law the Fund is appointed the
Governmental principal of the Federal Small Entrepreneurship Support
in Russia Program targeted at securing small business sustainable
development as an integral part of the new country economy structure.

Foundation for Promoting Small Forms of Enterprises
Development in the Area of Science and Engineering
The Foundation was established under the RF Government Decree
# 65 dated February 3, 1994 as the governmental non-commercial
organization for developing small entrepreneurship in scientific
and technical area through providing financial support to high
effective science intensive projects developed by small enterprises.
The Foundation has the representative offices in 25 regions of
the Russian Federation.

Institute of Entrepreneurship and
Investment
Non-governmental educational institution was founded in 1996. The
IEI mission is assisting the entrepreneurial, innovative and investment
activity through providing the comprehensive support and peopleware.
The Institute implemented more than 12 international and national
projects, and trained and consulted more than 6.5 thousand professionals. |

Moscow Entrepreneur Association
The Interregional Russian organization was founded in 1989. Twenty-three
Association Committees unite businessmen from 50 country regions
as well as from the USA, Israel, Australia, Germany and other countries.
Association renders the enterprises and organizations the following
services: obtaining investment, company restructuring, consulting,
auditing, anti-crisis management, business plan development, accounting
optimization, etc. |
