Remarks:
1. Special rates have been negotiated with the designated hotels. Bookings need to be made until April 20. No later than April 25 to take advantage of these rates.

2. Rates quoted are per room per night, for single or double, and include VAT. They are subjected to sales tax (5%), paying cash or private credit card.

3. Hotel Russia is the nearest to the forum venue. The most of the delegations will stay in this one. We advise you to choice it.

4. All expenses accrued by the delegates (including accommodation, telephone calls, facsimile, laundry, refreshments and meals during their stay at the hotels) are the responsibility of each delegate. Delegates will also be responsible for any no show/cancellation charges if you don't take up accommodation as reserved.

II. The Forum Steering Group may also recommend the following hotels to the delegates. Hotels are situated near to the forum venue, 15-25 mins walk. Transportation between these hotels and the forum venue isn't guaranteed. You need to make your own accommodation reservation in the underwritten hotels or any other.
